· Dispatch

· Fulfilment

· Replacement where applicable

· Return acceptance where applicable

The IM Swadesi name, logo, website content, graphics, text, designs and other materials may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without prior permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including courier delays, natural disasters, government restrictions, technical failures or other force majeure events.
