Cancellation & Refund Policy

IM Swadesi aims to provide a transparent cancellation and refund process.

1. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before the order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be provided in circumstances including:

· Order cancelled before dispatch

· Order cancelled by IM Swadesi or the seller

· Product unavailable after payment

· Approved return where refund is applicable

· Damaged, defective or incorrect product where refund is approved

3. Refund Method

Where a refund is approved for a prepaid order, the refund will generally be processed to the original payment method.

4. Refund Timeline

Once a refund is approved and initiated, it may generally take 5–7 business days to reflect in the customer’s bank account or payment method, depending on the payment provider and bank.

Actual processing times may vary.

5. Cash on Delivery Refunds

For approved refunds relating to COD orders, customers may be required to provide valid bank account, UPI or other appropriate refund details.

6. Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, a partial refund may be offered depending on the nature of the issue and applicable seller/product policy.

7. Failed or Unsuccessful Payments

If money has been deducted from your account but the order was not successfully created, please contact us with the transaction details.

We will verify the transaction and take appropriate action.

8. Seller-Related Refunds

For products supplied by independent marketplace sellers, the seller may be responsible for processing or approving eligible returns, replacements and refunds in accordance with the applicable product policy.

IM Swadesi may assist in coordinating the resolution.
