Return & Exchange Policy

IM Swadesi allows eligible products to be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

1. Return Period

Eligible products must generally be requested for return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

2. Return Conditions

Products must generally be:

· Unused

· Unopened

· In original condition

· In original packaging

· Complete with accessories, tags and applicable documentation

· Accompanied by order/invoice details

3. Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene, safety, freshness and product-quality reasons, the following products are generally non-returnable:

· Food products

· Chocolates

· Seeds

· Spices

· Perishable products

· Opened products

· Used products

· Personalised or customised gifts

· Products specifically marked as non-returnable on the product page

4. Damaged Products

If a product is received damaged, customers should contact IM Swadesi as soon as possible.

Customers may be requested to provide:

· Order number

· Photographs of the product

· Photographs of packaging

· Video, where required

· Description of the issue

5. Incorrect Products

If the product received is different from the product ordered, please contact us so that the issue can be reviewed and an appropriate resolution can be provided.

6. Defective Products

For eligible defective products, the available resolution may include:

· Replacement

· Return

· Refund

The applicable resolution may depend on the product category and seller.

7. Exchange

Exchange may be offered for eligible products depending on availability and the seller’s applicable policy.

8. Return Shipping

Return shipping arrangements may vary depending on the reason for return and product category.

Where a product is damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied, customers should contact IM Swadesi before sending the product back.

9. Seller Responsibility

For products sold by independent sellers, the seller is responsible for product quality, packaging, replacement and return acceptance where applicable.

IM Swadesi may assist customers in coordinating with the seller.
